Make plans to attend the District II 4-H Tropicana Speech Contest on June 6, 2015 at the Jackson County Conference Center on Pennsylvania Avenue. 4-H Tropicana Speech County Contest winners from Bay, Holmes, Jackson and Walton counties will compete for District honors. First place winners from the 4th, 5th and 6th grades include:

4th Grade

Anna-Katherine Risalvato, “My Cousin, My Hero” – Bay County
Erica Snell, “Confidence” – Holmes County
Chelsea Davis, “The True Meaning of Family” – Jackson County
MacKenzie Campbell, “Where Did You Get Your Red Hair From?”-Walton Co

5th Grade

6th Grade

An awards ceremony will be held at the conclusion of the speaking contest and light refreshments will be served.
