Local Jackson County 4-H Youth and Parents to Attend 4-H Day at the Capitol

4h4-H Day at the Capitol will be held on March 26, 2015 in Tallahassee, Florida.4h day at capitol gavel

Members of the Jackson County 4-H Livestock Club and their parents, along with their club leader, Stacey Warden will be in attendance.
In total, more than 750 youth and adults have participated in 4-H Day at the Capitol.
4-H Day at the Capitol is an educational event that provides youth an opportunity to tour different parts of Tallahassee and the Capitol. Youth will have an opportunity to visit with their Legislators and watch them in action on the floor of the Senate and House. This year participants will have an option to take part in pre-arranged tours or explore Tallahassee on their own.
4-H youth will also have the chance to come together and share the positive impacts of the Florida 4-H Program. Participants will meet and hear from their elected officials at a “Morning and Noon Day Address.” Booths about 4-H programs will be set up on the 2nd & 3rd floor Rotunda on the Senate side.
Members of the Jackson County 4-H Livestock Club and their parents who will be representing Jackson County at the 2015 4-H Day at the Capitol are:
