4-H Livestock Club Member Gives Speech
Bud Basford, member of the Jackson County 4-H Livestock Club was a guest speaker at the Chipola Civic Club, on Thursday, January 29, 2015. Bud gave them an overview of his 4-H career and livestock projects. Bud exhibited a steer and a heifer at the 2014 Panhandle Youth Expo, is a member of the 1st place Jr. Livestock Judging Team and was 2nd High Individual, in the Farm Judging event at the 2014 North Florida Fair. Bud will also be exhibiting his steer at the 2015 Jackson County Cattlemen’s Association Fed Cattle Show & Sale that will be held at the Jackson County Ag Center on February 17, 2015. Bud is ten years old and is the son of Martin and Tiffany Basford.
