These templates are accessible through both free and premium Canva accounts and encompass a diverse range of formats, including flyers, brochures, conference posters, social media graphics, event headers, and signage, all identified using the UF/IFAS, Extension, and CALS logos.
To utilize these templates, please follow the instructions outlined below:
- Visit the UF/IFAS Branding website at UF/IFAS Branding Templates to view the selection of available templates.
- Select your desired template and click on the corresponding link.
- Press the “Use Template for New Design” button.
- Sign in to your existing Canva account or register for a new one if necessary.
- Once your design is complete, download the file in the format that best suits your needs:
- For print materials, choose PDF.
- For email distribution, select PDF or JPG.
- For web posting, opt for JPG or PNG.
- Go the extra mile by submitting your PDF to our Accessible Document Specialist for an ADA compliance review. This can be done by submitting a request through Workfront under the category “ADA Document Accessibility.”
