Marion County farms are continually bring sold and parceled out into small-yarded homes, often sold to people far removed from their natural environment. A program has been created to teach homeowners ways to coexist with their environment, and create native, wildlife-friendly yards. This backyard wildlife poster was composed for a conference attended by many of our Extension agents, and explains the objectives and results of the course created, in its precursor Spring run. This poster went on to win the design award for a conference in 2012.
