For your convenience. if you can’t come to the Bay County location,

you can apply over the phone by calling 1-855-278-7136.

Sat. Nov. 3 and Sun. Nov. 4, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Mon. Nov. 5 and Tue. Nov. 6, 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm

(Note: You must pre-register online before calling)

ADA accommodation is available onsite

Important information needed to apply & determine eligibility for D-SNAP benefits:


  • Applicants must have lived or worked in one of the 12 declared counties: Bay, Calhoun, Franklin Gadsden, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Leon, Liberty, Taylor, Wakulla, and Washington
  • Suffered at least one of the disaster-related loss due to Hurricane Michael such as:

-Reduction or loss of income

– Loss of Food

-Loss/Damage to homes or self-employment business

– Other disaster-related expenses

  • Must have picture ID for the primary applicant. You will be asked to provide income and asset information for all individuals in the household.

Please have only one person from each household coming to the site.
