Educational Program Focus As a State Specialized Agent for Volunteer Management and Development, my Extension programs focus on providing support, training, and program management and development for 4-H volunteers and well as support to all IFAS programs with volunteers. Current efforts include: • Development of Extension education regarding the volunteer management and development • Programming related to volunteer development focused on positive youth development and Volunteer Research, Knowledge, and Competencies
