Are you ready to purchase a home? If so, are you considering participating in a a First Time Home-buyers Program? The Duval County UF/IFAS Extension office is providing a Pre-Purchase Home-buyers Workshops to be held on February 13,20,27 and March 5th. This class meets the education requirement for those individuals participating in a First Time Home-buyers Education program. The UF/IFAS Extension office in Duval County is a HUD-Approved Housing Counseling Agency. When you have attended all four workshops, you will be given the certificate needed to apply for federal down payment and closing cost assistance through local and state government programs.
You must attend each session to receive a certificate.
