The 70th Annual University of Florida Beef Cattle Short Course will be held as a scaled down virtual event from May 4 – 6, 2021. This year the event will start on a Tuesday as compared to the traditional Wednesday kickoff. The program will be delivered in the evening from 6 – 8 pm via Zoom.
Each night will consist of two speakers. The program this year will focus on efficiency and its importance to the beef industry. Cattle Fax will kick off the first evening with the traditional market outlook.
“While this year our three sessions will be shorter and in a virtual format, we are still excited to be bringing in nationally renowned speakers on economics, the environment, and efficiency,” said Associate Professor Todd Thrift.
