Introduction to Hops Production

The UF/IFAS Extension Alachua County Office is pleased to announce the following Agriculture & Natural Resources Program for September 20th, 2018 at the Alachua County Office (2800 NE 39 Avenue, Gainesville, FL 32609). The Event will run from 3 – 6 p.m.

This workshop is designed to cover the basics of starting a successful hopyard in North Florida. There will be specialists from the University of Florida and local industry representatives to share information on set-up, variety selection, pest and disease management, cone quality, harvesting, and marketing.
