Common Measures Survey

I realize this is short notice, the survey closes on October 18, 2013, but we need to get as many youth as possible to complete the following survey. The data collected is part of a National evaluation called 4-H Common Measures. The information is needed to: (1) Gather data on 4-H youth’s outcomes related to positive youth development, citizenship, communications, and workforce preparation skills. (2) Gather annual data that will assess the National 4-H program’s progress in achieving the outcomes established in each of the previously mentioned areas. The overall purpose is to inform and improve the replication of 4-H programming. This information is VERY important and will only take about 15 minutes of your time. So please take a few moments to participate so that we can implement programs to ensure that 4-H’ers develop life skills and become healthy, productive adults. Please use the following link to access the survey, which also includes a letter to parents from Judith Levings, 4-H Educational Design Specialist. Thank you!!
