Small Ruminant Short Course September 18&19 – Register Now!

The 5th Annual UF Small Ruminant Short Course will be held on September 18-19, 2026. This event is Florida’s premiere sheep and goat focused Extension education event. The event is a collaboration among UF/IFAS Extension, the UF College of Veterinary Medicine, the UF/IFAS Agronomy Department, and the UF/IFAS Department of Animal Sciences.

Producers, extension specialists and agents, researchers, students, and allied industry members are welcome to attend the in-person, educational event. The program will include lectures and demonstrations from industry experts. The event will be held in conjunction with the 2026 University of Florida Ram/Buck Test and Sale. There is now an ONLINE option to attend both days of the short course!
