Course Cost: $20.00, FDACS testing fee $150.00, if taking exam. (Lunch Provided)

- Passport picture available at drug stores, (eg. CVS, Walgreen’s) or 1½” x 1½” recent clear, full-face photo.

The workshop will be held in the East Wing Conference Room at the Washington County Agriculture Center, 1424 Jackson Avenue, Suite A, Chipley, FL 32428. Class from 8:00am to 5:00pm if taking exam, 8:00am-2:00pm for CEU renewal only .
