In 1985 the North Florida Fair established a scholarship in honor of Mr. Lloyd Rhoden, a former Fair Manager and retired County Extension Director. Two $1,000.00 scholarships are presented annually to students majoring in agriculture at a Florida Institute of higher learning and can be continued for up to 4 years in duration for the high school senior receiving the initial annual award.
