Septic Program, “After the flush”

The UF/IFAS Extension Wakulla Office is holding a septic system program Saturday, March 30, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. “After the flush: Septic systems demystified” will cover a variety of locally important areas on this topic affecting every resident.

Dr. Andrea Albertin, UF/IFAS Regional Specialize Agent

The program will be led by Dr. Andrea Albertin, UF/IFAS Regional Specialize Agent for Water Resources in the Northwest Extension District. She works in coastal and interior counties from Jefferson west to Escambia.

The information delivered will include how septic systems function and necessary maintenance to keep them working effectively, nitrogen and ground water concerns, and advanced treatment systems. The two hour program is free and open to the public.

At The Wakulla Extesion Office

The program will be held at the Wakulla Extension Office at 84 Cedar Avenue, and pre-registration is recommended so printed materials will be available for the attendee. To register call 850-926-3931
