February is American Heart Month! January’s presidential proclamation states, “cardiovascular disease — including heart disease, stroke, and high blood pressure — is responsible for one out of every three deaths. It is the No. 1 killer of American women and men, and it is a leading cause of serious illness and disability.” This Friday, help raise awareness of heart disease by wearing red! For more information about American Heart Month and the Go Red campaign, visit The American Heart Association website.
