April 24th, 2015, University of Florida is excited to offer a workshop on starting a food business in Florida. The workshop will take place in Gainesville, FL, and is intended to provide the audience with general information on food safety and quality, basic food science, business planning, and federal and state regulatory requirements for food business. Anyone interested in establishing their own food business in Florida can attend!
The registration fee for the course is $125 (if registered by Mar 31st, the fee will be reduced to $100). Registration includes course materials, coffee breaks, and a certificate of completion. Make sure to register early, as there is only room for 36 participants!
