Spring Ranchers Forum
2018 Spring Ranchers Forum
Central Florida Livestock Agents Group • University of Florida IFAS Extension
Thursday, March 15, 2018
1355 Snow Hill Road, Geneva, FL 32732
On March 15, 2018, ranchers throughout Florida are invited to come celebrate the 20th Annual Spring Ranchers Forum at Yarborough Ranch. This event is the largest on-private ranch Field Day in the state of Florida. The setting is Yarborough Cattle Ranch in rural Geneva, Florida, a picturesque “old time” Florida ranch.
Members of the Yarborough family, along with the UF/IFAS Central Florida Livestock Agents, work hard to plan the highly successful forum, celebrating 20 years. Exciting this year are special chosen presentations of the most popular teaching over the twenty-year-span. This is the year you don’t want to miss! The “hands on” nature of the forum make it very popular with all ranchers and farmers. Private Allied Industry members partner by covering the cost of the event each year, as well as providing giveaways. New sponsors are always welcome and encouraged to call.
Accommodations and directions are available by contacting the UF/IFAS Extension Volusia County at 386-822-5778. Pre-registration online or with your Livestock Extension Agent assures you of a steak lunch. Registration fee is $20. Walk-ins are welcome, but may have hot dogs for lunch.
