Heart of Christmas Farms, located in Christmas, Fla., grows organic fruits and vegetables hydroponically.

The organic fruits and vegetables include: strawberries, tomatoes, greens, herbs, peppers, lettuces, squash, sprouts, micro-greens, edible flowers, radishes, spinach and more.

Each of the vertical hydroponic stacks consists of five to seven pots. Each of the pots holds two to four plants.

Heart of Christmas Farms does not use dirt. Instead, it uses a mixture of coconut fiber and perlite. Sometimes, nutrient water is the only thing used to support the growth of the plant.
