EVENT: Canning Strawberry Preserves and Freezer Jams

Enjoy the taste of homemade jams and preserves from your own fruit. Our Jan. 24 “Canning Strawberry Preserves and Freezer Jams” class will teach the basics of making fruit jam.

For the safety of participants, we ask that you wear closed-toe shoes and tie back any long hair you might have. Feel free to bring an apron to protect your clothing, since this is a “hands-on” class. Register early through ufsarasotaext.eventbrite.com to save your seat and receive notice of any changes.
