Register online on your 4honline.com profile. If you are not currently a 4-H member, you will need to create your profile and pay the 4-H membership fee in order to register. If you need a paper registration contact Jasmin.

Return registration forms to Jasmin at the extension office after completion. all checks are made payable to SRC 4-H. fees for camp is $230 with your own transportation and $250 with transportation from the Extension Office to camp. An extra $20 is need for any non-4-H members. Discounts exist if you qualify for the Summer food program or any scholarships. ALL FEES & REGISTRATIONS ARE DUE BY MAY 19th.
Counselors and Counselors in Training (CITs) need to contact Jasmin ASAP for training dates and requirements. These are youth 4-H ages 13-18.
