CALLING ALL FLORIDA CATTLE PRODUCERS!
Applications are now being accepted for the
2026 Florida Producer Educational Tour to Amarillo, Texas!
This tour is hosted by UF/IFAS Extension with the support of the Florida Cattlemen’s Foundation and numerous sponsors. We will be traveling to the Texas Panhandle to primarily visit multiple feedlots and hear from buyers of Florida cattle. The focus of the trip is to build relationships and learn more about the role of intentional management at the cow-calf level in Florida. The goal is to take what we learn and apply it to benefit the overall success of the Florida cattle industry. More information about the trip can be found below.
If you are interested in applying, the deadline is July 3rd.
