Spanish Course: Limited Commercial Landscape Maintenance (“Roundup” certificate) CEUs & Exam

A pesticide application course taught in Spanish is being offered on March 29th, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. This is a licensing class and exam for commercial landscape maintenance employees who need to apply pesticides in landscape beds. It is commonly known as the “Round-Up” certificate. (This category is not for turf applications.)

Exam Information
If taking the exam, bring the following items:
1) A check for $150 (made out to D.A.C.S.)
2) A completed D.A.C.S. 13604 application form
3) A 1-½ x -1½ inch photograph

You may take the 80 question, multiple-choice test (only offered in English) on the day of the class, or within a year ($150 each time) after the class. You will need to take the 6 hours over again if you wait more than a year. If you need an application packet, please contact the Pesticide Control Office (850-617-7997). We can also help you with this at the Extension office.
