The Family and Consumer Sciences agents of the Southwest Florida District have a myriad of program expertise, and now they are coming together to share it in a free four-part virtual series. With Earth Day coming up, the agents tied in this year’s Earth Day theme, Invest in Our Planet, with the theme of investing in yourself and your own inner world: Are you coping with stress? Are you practicing self-care? Are you looking to start a garden? With rising food costs, are you looking for ways to save on your grocery spending? The series will touch on mental health, physical health, and financial health.
