Palm Beach County Master Gardeners Recommend Green Solutions

Master Gardener Volunteers with the Palm Beach County Cooperative Extension Service have been hard at work recommending solutions to residential landscape problems since 1982. Master Gardeners recommend researched University of Florida best landscape management practices to solve your yard and garden problems. During 2017, Master Gardeners donated 17,136 volunteer hours to Palm Beach County, a value of *$388,972.00. Master Gardeners answer the Cooperative Extension horticulture hotline, answer email and walk-in requests for plant problem diagnosis at the West Palm Beach Extension office. Master Gardener volunteers are integral volunteers for Mounts Botanical Garden nursery, demonstration gardens and events. Master Gardener volunteers present horticulture programs throughout the year at garden clubs, plant societies and assist in maintaining community school vegetable and butterfly gardens. Master Gardener Volunteers allow county staff the ability to maximize our community educational outreach. We appreciate and respect all that our volunteers do every day.
