Airports can be frustrating. Between long lines, complicated security protocols and lost baggage, a fun vacation or an important work trip can easily become a stressful experience.

University of Florida researchers are working to make that experience smoother by using digital twin technology and artificial intelligence to mimic a real-life airport in action and to design systems that anticipate and prevent problems.
