This is the closest thing to a knockout rose. It is a little susceptible to black spot so that’s why it’s not part of KO series. Very free-blooming and determined to repeat from late spring until frost, White Out is a glorious addition to any garden. With a mature height of only 3 feet this shrub rose will fit perfectly beneath your windowsills without any shearing! You may also grow the petite White Out in containers wherever there is bright sunlight. Brand new for the 2009 season, this great new addition from Bill Radler is sure to charm you for years to come.
