Mini-Series for Adults with Type 2 Diabetes

UF/IFAS Extension in Marion County is offering this course for adults with type 2 diabetes to help them better manage their diabetes. The mini-series will teach participants about diabetes and insulin resistance, blood glucose monitoring, medication, standards of medical care plus three classes on nutrition management and meal planning. A support person is welcome to attend with the participant.

Note:  individual counseling will not be provided.
