All you need to know about Camp Timpoochee Summer 4-H Camp!
The Liberty County 4-H program offers several camping opportunities for youth. We have both local day camps as well as overnight (residential) camps. Many of our overnight camps take place at the Timpoochee 4-H Center in Niceville, FL.
County Camp at 4-H Camp Timpoochee June 17-21, 2013
4-H Campers
Camper Age: 8-12 (Campers must have turned 8 by September 1, 2012) Cost for Campers: $220 for 4-H members; $230.00 for non-4-H members Camper Registration Dates: April 15 – June7 Late Registration for Campers: $10.00 Camper Orientation: June 13, 2013 from 6:00PM -7:00 PM at the Liberty County Extension Service.
4-H Counselors and CITs
Counselors and Counselors-in-Training : 13-18 (Teen must have turned 13 by September 1, 2012 ). Teens must apply to serve as Counselors and CITs. We are no longer accepting applications for Counselors or CITs. Counselors and CITs will receive a Registration Packet during their first Counselor/CIT training. Date TBA after interviews. Counselors and CITs must attend all required pre-camp trainings. Scheduled Trainings: Tri-County Training June 13 (all day)
