Making Salsa

Food preservation is a nutritious and economical way to turn fresh foods into pantry staples. Learn the science and methods behind safe food preservation through water bath canning. The class will focus on USDA guidelines, food safety & quality, proper canning procedures, equipment, and recipes. A recipe preparation and water bath canning will be demonstrated.

Cost of $10 includes canning demonstration, educational materials and goody giveaways!
