Have you spoken to your family and your doctor about end-of-life issues? It is never too early to start the conversation.

Conversations about end-of-life care are among the most important interactions families can have. Decisions about end-of-life issues are deeply personal, and are based on your values and beliefs. It is never too early to start talking with your family about your wishes. While it can be difficult to initiate these conversations, ultimately, they can be an invaluable gift to those you love.

The Conversation of a Lifetime workshop features professionals in finance, Insurance, hospice care and final arrangements. These professionals will share information, resources and other tools that will guide you in preparing for this very essential conversation.

Please join us Tuesday, September 17th from 9:00 am – 12:00 pm,

The Havana Community Center located at 17th Street in Havana Florida

$5.00 Registration Fee Required.
