Blueberry Jelly Class a Success

It was standing room only at the Blueberry Jelly Class. The class was taught how to use the hot water bath method in canning. Everyone received a tablet full of information on canning, food safety and other related topics. It was fun as well as educational. Everyone left with two jars of Blueberry Jelly. Future class size will be limited to six. Some future classes will be taught during the day. Contact the Extension Office if you are interested in future classes.
