Youth ages 8 – 13 on September 1, 2013 are invited to attend the 4-H District III Blitz Program on March 22 in Quincy. This program is a day for youth in District III to explore what the 4-H Program has to offer and to join other youth from around the district to make new friends, discover their potential, gain leadership skills, attend interesting workshops and have fun!.
