Part III: Cooking With Diabetes – Fabulous Food Cooking Classes


If you have diabetes, eating right and managing your calorie and carbohydrate intake can be challenging.  Lear practical ways to plan and prepare nutritiously balanced meals at home without adding extra sugar, sodium, or fat.  Anyone that is overweight, has pre-diabetes, type-2 diabetes, or just wants to cook healthier is encouraged to sign up.  We’ll cook together, learn together and leave with research-based nutrition education and tested recipes.
