UF/IFAS Row Crop Field Day (Quincy) – July 30

Please join us at the UF/IFAS North Florida Research and Education Center, in Quincy, Florida (155 Research Rd. Quincy, FL 32351) on Thursday, July 30th for the annual Row Crop Field Day. This half-day educational program focuses on corn and cotton related research updates pertaining to insect, weed, disease, nematode and fertility management in both crops, as well as variety performance.  Download the printer friendly flyer to serve as a reminder or to share with other farmers:  2026 UF Row Crop Field Day NFREC-Quincy

Florida and Georgia pesticide CEUs have been requested for the program, as well as certified crop advisor CEUs. The program is anticipated to be approved for 1 Core and 2 category CEUs for Florida applicators.

Check-in and registration are 9:15-9:40 AM EST followed by the welcome. Trolleys depart from the main building at 9:50 AM with the first speaker beginning at 10:00 AM EST.  Although a free event, preregistration is required by July 24th to ensure an accurate headcount for lunch.  If attendance is greater than the headcount used for lunch, only those who preregistered will be guaranteed lunch.  Preregistration can be done online through Eventbrite or by calling the Jackson County Extension Office (850-482-9620).
