Few things taste better than a freshly grilled hamburger on a hot summer day. If your youth signs up for the 4-H Tailgating camp being held this July 8-10, they will learn how to grill multiple meats safely and tastily!

Our 4-H Tailgating Camp will introduce campers to food safety, meat preparation and selection, how to make a rub or marinade,

and more! The goal of this camp is to give youth an introduction to grilling skills while also preparing them to compete in 4-H tailgating

competition if they so choose.

Camp will be held over 3 days (July 8-10), from 7:45 am to 1 pm. Youth will grill their own lunch and

snacks and beverages will be provided. This camp is being offered to youth ages 10 – 14, and the fee for
