Jackson 4-H ASK Club and community members help hurricane victims

When the call went out for assistance for victims of Hurricane Irma, local 4-H youth members from the ASK Jackson County 4-H Club and members of the community answered the call!

Members of the Shelton family with donated items.

Members brought in non-perishable food items that will be going to those in need on a load scheduled to depart sometime next week.

Other community members have also come in to bring in items for livestock and pets in addition to items for people. We have bales of hay, dog food, cat food and livestock feed that will also be headed to those in need.

Jackson 4-H is proud of the efforts of our 4-H youth and local community!
