Jackson County 4-H Livestock Club Addresses Rotary Club

Members of the Jackson County 4-H Livestock Club along with club leader Stacey Warden, addressed the monthly meeting of the Jackson County Rotary Club on Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Stacey shared a presentation on the topic of preparing 4-H youth to be future leaders through their involvement in the Jackson County 4-H Program. Stacey also reflected on her own experiences as a 4-H youth in Jackson County and how those opportunities and connections have carried over into her adult life. The group was also joined by Jackson County 4-H Agent, Angel Granger who is also a 4-H alum, who expounded on the 4-H programs and clubs currently being offered in Jackson County, and reiterated the fact that 4-H grows young adults who are prepared to carry their communities into the future.

The Jackson County 4-H Program would like to thank the members of the Jackson County Rotary Club for the opportunity to highlight the activities of the 4-H program.
