Clover Club News Updates

Newsletter generic mastheadThe 2014-2015 4-H year begins September 1, 2014.

It’s hard to believe that August is almost over and everyone is back in school. That means that it is time to update your 4-H membership. Enrollment and re-enrollment opens at 4HOnline on August 23, 2014!

Also, several weeks ago, 4-H youth between the ages of 14-18 were sent emails and asked to participate in the Common Measures Survey. This survey collects valuable data that is used by the state 4-H office to help determine the effectiveness of our 4-H programs. The following information was included in the email:

You are invited to complete a survey about what you have learned in 4-H. We are asking you because you have participated in 4-H this past year.

In this survey, we will try to learn what you gained from your 4-H program experience specifically in the areas of citizenship, communications and work-force preparation skills.

Your parents have been informed of your possible involvement in this evaluation. If you do not want to fill out the survey that is okay or if you want to skip questions that is alright as well. If you decide to participate in the survey, you can stop at any time. Although we hope you will complete it.

It will take you about 15-20 minutes to complete the survey.
The url for the survey is:

The survey will close on September 15th, but please don’t wait to the last minute. If there is more than one 4-H teen in your family that is eligible to participate, please have each youth fill out the survey (please don’t do this together). Eligible youth are those who were 14-18 years old in the 2013-2014 4-H year.
Thank you very much!

As of today, there have been no responses from Jackson County. Please take a few moments to complete this survey. Your input is important!
