This orientation guidebook was put together to assist new UF/IFAS Extension faculty with becoming familiar with the responsibilities associated with their new position. There is so much to learn and it will seem like there is limited time to learn it all. The goal of the New Faculty Onboarding Process is to help agents develop the skills, knowledge, attitudes, and aspirations necessary to become successful.

The booklet is divided into a series of months. Each time period provides information that shows what agents should be learning during that time period. A series of check-off sheets is included.
