Air Potato Leaf Beetle Update

The Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (FDACS) has updated the air potato beetle program. Residents are now asked to report vines found on their property through an online form.

Residents can report the vines annually if needed.

FDACS then reviews submissions to this database and determines possible candidates for beetles. Reporting the vines does guarantee a resident will receive beetles. However, reporting the vines can provide helpful, local, citizen-driven information to the FDACS so they can implement the beetle program successfully.
