Join UF/IFAS Extension Putnam County to separate fact from fiction as we explore common companion planting myths, discuss the real benefits of plant partnerships, and examine practical examples for Florida gardens.
Participants will learn what companion planting can realistically achieve, including attracting pollinators, supporting beneficial insects, increasing biodiversity, and making efficient use of garden space. We’ll also discuss common misconceptions surrounding companion planting and review practical examples that can be used in Florida vegetable and herb gardens.
