Florida 4-H State 3D Match

On January 27, 2018 89 4-H Archery members from 20 different counties participated in the Florida 4-H Archery 3D Match at the Easton Archery Complex in Newberry, FL. During the competition, Archers showed off their skills, while making new friends.

The 3D course consisted of 14 targets. Each archer was required to shoot the course twice for 28 shots. While the Junior and Intermediate categories shot at known distances the Senior level members had a chance to practice their distance judging as their distance was unknown.

  • Division 1 – Junior Sighted Recurve

  • Division 2 – Junior Sighted Compound

  • Division 3 – Junior Novice
    • Timothy Hawes – Broward County
  • Division 4 – Intermediate Sighted Recurve
    • Breighton Reed – Pinellas County
  • Division 5 – Intermediate Sighted Compound
    • Cade Billings – Alachua County
  • Division 6 – Intermediate Novice
    • Olivia Foreman – Polk county
  • Division 7 – Senior Recurve
    • Amanda Velazquez – Broward County
  • Division 8 – Senior Compound
    • Conner Thomas – Glades County

Youth are now gearing up for the Florida 4-H State Archery Match to be held on March 24, 2018 at the Easton Archery Center in Newberry, FL.
