Dr. Christa Court was recently a guest on the UF/IFAS Center for Public Issues Education’s (PIE) podcast, Science by the Slice. Dr. Court is an Assistant Professor of Regional Economics and the Director of the Economic Impact Analysis Program in the Food and Resource Economics Department. She was featured on the April Series: Covid-19 Food Systems, in “Part 2: Combatting Interruptions in the Food System”, where they discussed research related to the pandemic and the impacts it has had on the U.S. food system.
