Exercise Outlet in Local Escambia Extension Gardens

Many local residents are safely utilizing the walking track at the Escambia County Extension office located at 3740 Stefani Road, Cantonment. A portion of the track runs directly in front of the Demonstration Gardens, which are developed and maintained by Master Gardener Volunteers. Although volunteers are not currently active in person due to our health crisis, the gardens are open for visitors to stroll through and learn about plants that grow well in our area.
If you are exercising on Extension property, we hope that you will walk through our garden areas. We have a special preview about these educational gardens.
You may also consider following our Escambia Extension Facebook page to learn about plants, future events, and gardening practices or our Instagram at escambiaextension.
If you have gardening questions, you may still give us a call at 475-5230.
