Florida Panhandle Forest and Drinking Water Workshop

August 27 & 28, 2019

Apalachicola and Eastpoint, Florida

Presented by the Florida Forest Service and the Workshop Planning Team

The event will start with a day of tours, including the Tate’s Hell State Forest, as well as a boat tour of the Apalochicola Estuary to learn about the connection between healthy forests and clean water.

The Workshop agenda includes presentations and time for networking and discussion. Participants will learn about how forestry, water, conservation and other related sectors can work together to ensure healthy forests, watersheds and communities in Florida, including available funding opportunities and innovative financing options.
