Families eat healthy and stay active through this fun, hands-on program. EFNEP (Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program) offers ongoing lessons that help families:
- *Save money on groceries
- *Plan and cook healthy meals
- *Make healthy food choices
- *Read food labels
- *Be more active

Adult EFNEP is free for groups of limited-resource people with young children.
4-H EFNEP is offered free to students in schools with 51% or more free- or reduced-lunch participation and to limited-resource community centers, daycares, and other youth meeting sites.
