Take a bite out of HUNGER!

The average child will eat 1,500 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches before he/she graduates high school.

The UF/IFAS Extension Office and Florida Peanut Producers Association are sponsoring a drive to collect unopened jars of peanut butter which will be donated to a local food pantry during the latter part of November 2012. A collection box for your peanut butter donations will be placed in several locations throughout the county and will be delivered to the Escambia County Extension Office on Friday, November 16th. All of the peanut butter will be donated to local food pantries in Escambia County.

Thanks for your favorable consideration to help “Take a bite out of HUNGER!”
