Baker County 4-H Criminal Justice Academy

Baker County 4-H and the Baker County Sheriff’s Office are offering an 8 week Special Interest (SPIN) 4-H club for ages 12+.

One of the great things about 4-H is how youth get the opportunity to learn about other careers first hand. This 8 week interactive experience will take youth through all aspects of a crime. Participants will encounter different departments such as investigations, forensics, communications, patrol, judicial law, and more!

Youth will have the opportunity to learn about how a crime is processed, how many people are involved once a case has been assigned, and learn about all of the career options that are available within the judicial system.

Participants will work through a case just like a call coming in to “911.” They will work to solve it while learning about how to investigate a crime, learn how to work with others, and meet the people that protect and serve our community.

Space in the club is limited, be sure to sign up ASAP!

  1. Can you please help me get my son signed up. I think I did something incorrect with the registration.

    • I would be happy to help you sign up for the Criminal Justice Academy! Because I don’t want to have you share personal information through a public feed, I am going to send you an email.

Update: I just checked 4-H Online, you are good to go!

  2. Shaina,
I have Noah enrolled, but it will not let me register him for the Criminal Justice Academy. Can you help please?

    • Emily,
I am so sorry that I am just seeing this message. I did not get a notification. Glad that we caught each other on the phone!
