Loan Assistants – provide administrative support to the loan officers in the production and management of loans. Successful candidate will review loan documents for accuracy and adherence to loan policy and procedure; set up and maintain credit files; provide outstanding customer support to our borrowers, etc.

  • Job Requirements: 
    • Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent 
    • Excellent computer and communication skills 
    • Strong attention to detail 
    • Ability to prioritize 
    • Flexibility and excellent customer service skills.
    • Administrative Assistant experience a plus 

Relationship Managers – responsible for developing and servicing loan volume for the local market, as well as generating new business in accordance with the goals and objectives of the Association. 

  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent work experience
    • Banking/lending experience required
    • Agricultural background preferred
    • Outstanding communication and analytical skills
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Ability to market and develop new businesses required

Credit Analysts – responsible for analyzing the financial condition and performance of applicants to determine their creditworthiness and the degree of risk involved in extending safe and sound credit. Responsibilities also include clear written and verbal communication of findings and recommendation of the ultimate credit decision. Must be able to work in a fast paced team environment.

  • Job Requirements:
    • Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting or Agriculture 
    • One to three years of credit analysis experience
    • Proven analytical ability for medium to high level complexity credits
    • Previous experience in agriculture or agricultural lending is preferred
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills
    • Extensive knowledge of Excel and basic accounting principles

Commissioned Loan Officers – possess a proven performance record in originating and processing mortgage loans to be sold in the secondary market.

  • Job Requirements:
    • Must possess excellent sales, marketing skills and ability 
    • Strong working knowledge of compliance and regulatory lending requirements, but not limited to TRID, TIL, RESPA, ECOA, HMDA, FCRA, privacy, the SAFE Act and flood regulations. 
    • Must be a self-starter with strong and effective organizational skills 
    • Strong communication skills 

Database Marketing Specialist – responsible for database marketing and market research to assist the Association’s segmentation process in improving under-served markets. The selected candidate will provide analytical insight and guidance on customer reporting; will strategize with the Director of Marketing to provide customer performance, and competitive market analysis to support Farm Credit of Florida’s strategies.

  • Job Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communication or related field; MBA preferred
    • Three years of experience in Market Research, Database and Direct Marketing, Data Analysis and Competitive Analysis
    • Strong analytical and computer skills
    • Knowledge of local markets preferred
    • Knowledgeable in segmentation, market research, demographics and a background in statistics
    • Presentation and public speaking abilities
    • An understanding of direct marketing and measures such as indices, % comp, correlations, and descriptive statistics
